- Pay all your Electric city bill by this weekend (Including the common EB bill)
- EB transfer: Next Week, We can collect all our Sale deed & EB bill, file it together. Submit the same to Ramu.
- Abbiah Reddy has to sign a No Objection form for applying EB transfer (Ramu will be arranging for that) Once signed, EB transfer can be applied for all of us together. The process for EB transfer might take 3-4 days (not sure how long will it take for process Abbiah reddy signing it though)

- Khata Transfer : As soon as the EB transfer, Ramu informed me that the Khata transfer will be applied.
- Lift Maintenance & other smaller issues:
- - The lift person told it will take Approx 6000 for getting the smaller issues fixed. If we can pay each 500, probably we can fix those.
- - He is asking for monthly maintenance fees of 1500-2000 (Which is costly).Ramu will talk to that person for reducing the amount & maintenance. We need to coordinate for getting that done though.
- - The lift person told he will not issue certificate as it was with previous lift installer, but Ramu informed me that he will talk to that new lift person for issuing one.
- Additional Work for security – We will discuss
- Occupancy Certificate – Ramu is not aware of that and want us to talk to Venkatesh.
- Property papers – Will be submitted to the Association (We have to form the association
- I have collected various information regarding Association formation, other documents that are required etc... Will share it across with all of us for our discussion.
